Menu planning has always been one of the things that I always avoid. My husband is a busy guy, and he usually leaves all the menu planning to me. It’s hard sometimes, because I don’t want to make things that he doesn’t enjoy eating. We tend to get in the same pattern of eating similar things week after week. That’s why I enjoy participating in Menu Plan Monday. It’s a great way to share your meals with others, and get some new ideas as well! My family enjoys a lot of chicken, so I am always looking for new, healthy ways to make it. I have some great recipes on Menu Plan Monday. And the bonus? Menu planning saves you money in the long run, because you are not constantly running to the store. Time and gas are both saved, and you have more time to spend with your family. This is a busy week for running, so fast, easy meals are on the menu. So please take a moment to read my menu plan for the week of February 10th.
Sunday~ BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes, and corn, made by my MIL.
Monday~Sausage sandwiches.
Tuesday~Chicken Enchiladas.
Wednesday~ Cheater’s lasagna.
Thursday~Out to eat
Friday~TBD
Saturday~Chipotle for hubby and I, Chik-Fil-A for the boys.

So, what’s cooking in your home this week?

BBQ is one of our “go to” meals. Probably every other week. Thanks for stopping in from MPM!

BBQ Chicken is one of our “go to” meals as well. I just throw chicken into the slow cooker with a bottle of sauce. So easy!

This week we’re having Shepherd’s Pie, Thai Squash Soup and Spicy Thai Pork. A few of these recipes will yield leftovers so I’m set for the week
My problem is, I make a weekly meal plan this week, then the next, completely go with anything that comes into mind.
Beef broccoli.
