Menu planning has always been one of the things that I always avoid. My husband is a busy guy, and he usually leaves all the menu planning to me. It’s hard sometimes, because I don’t want to make things that he doesn’t enjoy eating. We tend to get in the same pattern of eating similar things week after week. That’s why I enjoy participating in Menu Plan Monday. It’s a great way to share your meals with others, and get some new ideas as well! My family enjoys a lot of chicken, so I am always looking for new, healthy ways to make it. I have some great recipes on Menu Plan Monday. And the bonus? Menu planning saves you money in the long run, because you are not constantly running to the store. Time and gas are both saved, and you have more time to spend with your family. So please take a moment to read my menu plan for the week of February 3rd.

Sunday~ Crockpot spare ribs with the fixings, made by my MIL.
Monday~Tacos.
Tuesday~Waffles and bacon.
Wednesday~ Leftovers or possibly chicken cordon bleu.
Thursday~Beef Barbeque Bake
Friday~Frozen pizza
Saturday~Steaks, salad, some kind of potato, and corn

So, what’s cooking in your home this week?

Looks like great meals. Tonight we had Trisha Yearwoods, baked spaghetti. It made a ton but was very good. Have a great Monday.
