Thursday~Crockpot white chili
Friday~TBD as the kids are going to a sleepover with youth group
Saturday~Possibly Texas Roadhouse. I owe hubby a steak dinner with all the trimmings because Notre Dame lost in the National Championship game.

I have pretty much taken over the cooking from my mom. I do not know how she ever managed to cook for ten, much less keep enough food in the house. She could always go to the pantry or freezer and pull something out. Seems like I am always at the store. Good thing I work at WM.
That Russian Stroganoff looks interesting! I’m gonna have to try that some time. My husband loves stoganoff, but he likes the one from the box, yuck!
