Looking for a fast and easy recipe to take to a Superbowl party? This is one of my tried-and-true recipes that is sure to please everyone! This recipe is easily doubled, so there is no need to be afraid of running out! In fact, a friend requested that we bring this recipe to every gathering we attend.
- 2 pack’s Knorr’s Vegetable Soup Mix(or a brand of your choice)
- Regular Mayo(fat-free or low-fat doesn’t give the same taste)
- 2 Regular Sour Cream(for a healthy alternative, use plain Greek yogurt)
- Chopped Spinach(I use frozen chopped spinach that is thoroughly thawed)
Mix soup mix, and sour cream(or Greek yogurt)in a large bowl. Add the mayo a few heaping tablespoons at a time until you get the right taste. Fold in the spinach with a small spatula, mixing frequently. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving, but overnight is ideal. Serve with your favorite bread, in cube sized pieces.
