*I learned that I am so completely happy that baseball season is back. Not just youth baseball, but Major League Baseball as well. And even though my Phillies aren’t doing so well so far, I am still completely grateful to be able to watch just about every game on television. And, I get to see them in person on Sunday, yeah!
*I learned that moving from FT to PT was the best decision I could have made. The house is so much more liveable now because I can keep up with it. I have gotten back into Flying again, and it really makes a difference. I have also found some great support at Marilyn’s Way to help keep me motivated, and to cheer me on!
*I learned that menu planning is a good thing. However, it is not an easy thing when you are back to running around nearly every night with baseball, work, and school related things.
*I learned that I am very excited that it is staying light out later at night. It really does make a day seem more relaxing when it’s not spent in the dark.
*I learned that working on the weekend ranks right up there with cleaning the toilet with a toothbrush. Thankfully, it is less now that I cut down my hours. And it is definitely better when to have good coworkers that make the day go faster because you are busy laughing and working together.
*I learned that I am not immune to the lure of the Easter basket. I admit that I do pilfer from my kids’ baskets, just to get a chocolate fix!
I learned a few things along the way this week, some new, some the same old same old. How about you? Join in the fun to see what others are doing and to make new blog friends. For more WILTW, please visit Julie at From Inmates to Playdates!
