What I Learned This Week~February 21st

*I learned that I am not immune to how I feel in a good pair of jeans.  And that I am not immune to how I feel when hubby looks at me when wearing those good pair of jeans.

*I learned that moving from FT to PT was the best decision I could have made.  I am much more content, and more bearable to live with.

*I learned that menu planning is a good thing.  However, it is not good for accumulating gas points because you are not running to the store several times a week for forgotten items.

*I learned that I am very excited that it is staying light out later at night.  Time change is only 3 weeks away, and I really cannot wait.

*I learned that working 3-11 ranks right up there with cleaning the toilet with a toothbrush.  Thankfully, it is less now that I cut down my hours.

*I learned that the game Apples To Apples can cause you to have to run to the ladies room several times an hour because you are laughing hysterically.  And I am so happy that I am home on Sundays to play it with my family!

I learned a few things along the way this week, some new, some the same old same old. How about you? Join in the fun to see what others are doing and to make new blog friends. For more WILTW, please visit Julie at From Inmates to Playdates!

I worked 3-11 for many years. It seemed like there was a lot less ‘stuff’ to have to put up with.

Stopping by from the Tuesday Hops to say hello.
    Have a great day!

Each week I make a plan for what the family will be eating for dinner. Not once has that plan managed to stick. I’m happy if 3 out of 5 days go according to plan.
And Apples to Apples is an awesome game!

I am totally with you on the longer days. I cannot wait until we change the clock ahead. I love having light later into the evening!

Following you from the blog hop.
