Ingredients
1 lb large peeled/deveined shrimp
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 c cut green peppers
1/2 c cut onion
Minced garlic
1 c broccoli
1 c sliced carrot
Soy sauce (light and dark)
Oyster sauce
Brown sugar
Directions
Add whatever veggies you may like……mushrooms, snap peas, shredded cabbage, etc…
s/n I tossed the shrimp in an Asian seasoning pack before cooking
Drizzle sesame oil into a hot pan and add the peppers, onions, carrots, cook until tender (about 5 minutes)
Add minced garlic.
Add shrimp and broccoli…cook another 3 to 4 minutes then add sauce and brown sugar, stir, cook 2 minutes.
Add noodles and toss until well coated.
Serve hot!
