Mini Pumpkin Pies

Ingredients
  • 1 15oz Can Pure Pumpkin (not filling)
  • 1 12 oz can of evaporated milk
  • ¾ cup white granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ts of cinnamon
  • ½ ts of ground ginger
  • ¼ ts of ground cloves
  • (You can substitute Pumpkin Pie Spice if you want)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Cut out 12- 4in circles and place in the pan.
  3. Fill the muffin tins with pie filling. Don't overfill.
  4. Place the leaves on top.
  5. Bake 15 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 20 minutes longer or until cooked.
