Family is never something that should be taken for granted. It should be the heart of your home, the glue that bonds, and the one thing that you protect with your life. Family may not always blood, but those around you that make up parts of yourself. In my life, they are the core of my life, and one of the main things that I blog about.
Some of my greatest memories involve spending time with my family. For instance, a favorite photo from our trip to Disney Parks Orlando.
It was one of the longest trips we have taken together. Let me tell you, the car ride was something else, but worth it in the end. One of the best things I did was create a portable trip binder to keep us on track. The trip binder kept us on track with our trip plans and the college visits for my oldest son.
So I am so glad that you found my family page. Here are a few other topics on family that you may find useful:
Family Topics Regarding Marriage and Finances:
We all know that marriage and finances go hand in hand. And sometimes they may cause a little bit(okay sometimes A LOT) of strife. But sometimes, there are some really great moments. Like the time my husband and I renewed our wedding vows in Jamaica. We had our first honeymoon there, and always said we would go back for 20 years, and we did! Even after all this time, I still love my husband very, very much.
Other Family Topics:
You can’t discuss family without bringing up the topic of parenting. I am sharing some of the things we have learned along the way. Most important thing you can remember as a parent? Perfection is overrated. Don’t even try it.
And of course, the best ways to celebrate the holidays.
Since I am a bookseller, you can read about all my book recommendations. I am especially great at children’s book recommendations. I also talk about movies and other entertainment, so be sure to check them out.
And last, but certainly not least, I share about all our favorite sports. From baseball, to football, to hockey.
So now that you about all things family, I hope that you stick around. Have questions?
