- 5 packages ground chicken or turkey
- 1 16.5 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 bag dark brown sugar
- apple cider vinegar
Brown meat, drain fat, and toss it into a warmed crockpot. Pour in entire can of tomato sauce and mix. Add a few dashes of the vinegar, mustard, and ketchup, and stir. Slowly add the dark brown sugar as you mix, checking the taste for sweetness. There are no exact measurements to this recipe, so add the ingredients a little at a time until you reach the desired taste. Cook on low in the crockpot for 6 hours. Serve on rolls of your choice. We use the potato rolls because it gives it a great taste.
