Did you know that today is National Popcorn Day? What a fun holiday!
One of the biggest things I have been working on with my blog so far this year is to think out of the box. Instead of just posting the normal things, like menu plans and delicious recipes, why not add a little whimsy and fun.
Enter the “fun holidays” aspect to my editorial calendar. While perusing, I came across the entry about National Popcorn Day. Hey, I can get on board with that holiday in a flash. So you can bet your booty that when I am at work tonight, I will be snacking on some popcorn on my break.
I have to admit, my own popcorn making skills are severely lacking. If you read the fine print, it says I have none. That’s okay, I own that description.
