Organize Your Schedule With A Purple Trail Planner

Purple Trail Planners

*I am an affiliate for Purple Trail. While I received a complimentary sample of Purple Trail Planner for my review, all opinions and thoughts are 100% my own. For more information, please see my disclosure policy.

If you have been blogging for any amount of time, you know how overwhelming it can be keeping track of all the tasks a blogger does. From scheduling social media, to photographing a new recipe, or even backing up data, it can be easy to forget some things.

I don’t know about you, but if I don’t write things down I generally forget to do them. And when it comes to blogging, there are a lot of things you don’t want to forget. I work full-time outside the home along with my blogging business. I am finding that my post-it note and scrap paper system is not the way to go. So when Purple Trail contacted me about reviewing one of their customizable planners, I couldn’t wait.

Purple Trail Planner

One of the hardest things when it comes to blogging is being consistent. Posting on social media, taking photos, backing up data, it all takes a lot of time. So setting aside time throughout the week and month is a great way to make it less overwhelming.

So how can you do that? By having a planner specifically for your blog. I love having a monthly and weekly view for my calendar, and my Purple Trail planner combines both!

Organize Your Schedule With A Purple Trail Planner:

So I am going to take you on a short tour of my planner so you can see why I really enjoy it.

purple trail planner

First of all, there are really nice tabs on the side for the months. So you can quickly flip to whatever month you are scheduling tasks for. And they are really pretty colors too!

Each month is clearly labeled. When you are tired and are in a hurry to find something, I can’t tell you how much you enjoy this feature.

This is the a great place to jot events like Twitter parties or sharing parties in one convenient place. A quick glance on a daily basis will keep you on track.

As I mentioned earlier, I love the large spaces for each month. One of my goals is to use this space to create my editorial calendar. When accepting a new sponsored post, I can quickly see which dates I have free, or what posts I can move around or reschedule.

Each week comes with ample space for jotting notes or even daily tasks you want to accomplish. Scheduling pins on Tailwind is one of my goals for this year, and I can easily do that with my planner now.

That is just a small example of what you can do with your planner to keep your blog business running smoothly. I love that I can take it with me to work and jot ideas down on my lunch break. The planner sits on top of my work desk at home for easy use.

So now that you see what a Purple Trail Planner can do for you, do you want one for yourself?  As a Purple Trail affiliate, you can purchase one through me. It doesn’t cost you anything extra, but the purchase you make helps me make a small percentage, which can go a long way in helping to offset the cost of running this blog.

Which Purple Trail planner will you be purchasing?

I was actually just thinking about new planners. Yes, I am a few months ahead but I am such a sucker for journals and organizers! I’m trying to think of one that’s based on functionality and prettiness.

This looks like a great planner. I am a big planner addict. I have to have stickers and fun accessories too! I will have to read more about this type of planner. I am always looking for other planners to use.

I really need a good planner. I purchased one a while back and I lost it! One thing I like about planners is they really do help to keep me grounded for work. I love that this one has so much space. I also wish I could be consistent in jotting down projects!

I love the simplicity of the Purple Trail Planner. Sometimes all that extra stuff makes me distracted! I like that at the beginning of the month there are a “Things to Remember” have horrible memory and have to write everything down! The covers are adorable too! Cute planner for the win

I’ve not heard of those planners before! I like all the room you have to write! I live by my calendar on my phone for day to day schedules for me and my kids, but I am totally old school when it comes to my blog calendar. Give me paper and colored pens!

I’ve tried countless of times with planners, but they never really stick… though I can say the most success I’ve had with them was this past school year. It could be because there isn’t enough space to write down every task I need to do. So if I do purchase a paper planner, it definitely needs to be super simple. And pretty and customizable!

I can’t live without a planner to organize my schedule and thoughts. The purple trail planner looks simple and easy on the eye. This is a good gift to workmates, especially those who are only starting to form a habit of using planners.

How neat is that planner!!! I really need to get one to get my blogging affairs in order. I am one of the old school types and still have to actually write down things instead of organizing them online. I really just cannot function without a written planner.

This is what I like to call a super planner. I get really busy during the year with school, work/internships etc. so I like by my planner. This looks like a great planner to help keep me organized with meetings, due dates and other things that get thrown at me daily. Thanks for sharing!

I will totally admit that I am not organized. With 3 kids, a job, the blog, cooking dinner, cleaning..frankly, I’m a mess. I need this.

Like most bloggers I feel like I am always on the hunt for a better planner. I love all the room this one has to write in. That’s a must for me because I really need to make lots of very detailed notes in order to stay on task and most planner don’t have enough space for all of my scribbling. I’ll be checking this out for the coming year!

Your post couldn’t have come at a better time. I’ve been on the hunt for a new planner. I’ve tried online versions, but always resort back to good old fashioned paper. There’s something about physically writing it down and checking things off. I especially love this one because it’s simple with a lot of room to write. Two things at the top of my planner wish list! x

If I don’t write things down or add them to the calendar in my phone, they definitely don’t happen. The Purple Trail Planner looks perfect for keeping up with the day and more.

I really need to get some organization going in our home. A family planner would certainly help! I do pretty well with my own tasks but this would be a great book for the entire family to have access to.

This is the first I’ve heard of this brand planner. I’m a planner user, because I couldn’t imagine running a blog without one. I don’t think people actually realize how much you have to do behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly. This looks like a great lay out. It’s similar to one that I am using, which I just picked up at Target. I like how yours has your blog name on it!
