When you are headed to vacation, there are certain things that you can’t be sure of. How the weather is going to be. If there is going to be a lot of traffic. Or, my least favorite, if the kids will completely crazy by the time you get there. As for me, there is one thing I am always sure of: I read, A LOT! I love having my Nook for reading. I no longer have to pack a separate bag to bring books. So I thought I would share my vacation reading list for this year.
Vacation Reading List For 2014
I just realized as I am typing this that I apparently have a theme going. Beach house and summer. Well, I do usually try to do that during vacation. Oh well, I think it is appropriate, so I am not going to complain. So here is what I am reading.
The Family Beach House by Holly Chamberlin
The Summer Wind by Mary Alice Monroe
Nantucket Sisters by Nancy Thayer. She is the one I am most looking forward to reading!!
The Beach House by Mary Alice Monroe
The Beach House by Jane Green
Return To The Beach House by Georgia Bockoven. Another one I am really looking forward to.
I loved the first two books in this series. They were on sale on the Nook(I have them in hard copy)a few weeks back and I snapped them up.
So there you have it. These are the books on my vacation reading list for this year. For me, this is the part of vacation I really enjoy because I don’t feel guilty about lying around and reading. Do you agree?
